Hello

I have the problem, that URL answers are displayed in the search results even if they have nothing to do with the entered search term. The cause of this problem is the SRCH_BODY_WEIGHT.

The RightNow search takes the content (footer, navigation etc.) of the referenced URL. That means, if some search keyword appears in the footer, navigation or something else in the referenced website, it displays all url faqs.

That causes a lot of irrelevant search results.

Question:

Is it possible to set the SRCH_BODY_WEIGHT to "0" only for the URL answers?

Thanks for help!

Howdy, Stranger!
