Escalated Agent conditional section level
We have our agents structured as Tier 1 level and Tier 2 level.
For Tier 1 agents, we have them set up to view Rep Answers (which are a conditional section that is invisible from the customer's view). I would like to set up an additional level that is invisible to customers AND Tier 1 so that only the Tier 2 agents can view this content.
Is there a leveling functionality with conditional sections?
