Display values from a Custom Object in Customer Portal Widget

Hello,

I have created a custom object in Oracle Service Cloud, named New Supply (CO$NewSupply) which is linked to the Incident Table.

How do I display the fields from the Custom Table in Customer Portal?

For a custom field in Contact, I have used the following syntax:

 

 <span ><rn:widget path="input/FormInput" name="Contact.CustomFields.CO.NID" required="true"/>

But how do I display a field from a Custom Table?
