Translating FAQ's to Spanish

Our organization is looking to have all of our FAQ's accessible to our end-users in Spanish. Currently, everything on our Service Cloud site is in English.

  1. Are there any tools or standard ways of converting all the FAQ's?  
    1. If not, would we have to manually translate our FAQ's into Spanish?
  2. Are there any documented cases of this conversion being done?
