How to remove the ***** Answer ***** text in a KB answer

When we add an answer to the incident thread, it always adds this text on top:
"***** Answer *****"
So, for every incident answered, the agent has to remove this text before they can send the answer to the customer.
Is there a way to disable this text? We couldn't find it in the message base or in the config settings.
