Editing Actionable Reports: Answer Usage

I would like to be able to update the date range filter on the Answer Usage actionable report. Report is found in the Reports Explorer under Site Reports>Actionable Knowledge Foundation>Answers. The delivered report pulls visits for the last week (i.e. 7 days). Due to the nature of higher education, it is more helpful to see the visits over the last full year, given the cyclical nature of the academic calendar. How can this be updated? I don't have access to update any report under Site Reports.
