Hi All,

Could we possible to change the "knowledgebase" label to "FAQ" in the incident screen under the communication thread? Please find the attached screenshot.

I have already changed the message base label name "KNOWLEDGEBASE_LBL" to FAQ.But it is not reflected.

Please assist on this.
