Redirect the error page to main page after the answer page was deleted

Hello,

A few weeks ago I deleted some answers from my Oracle Rightnow console. After all this time the old deleted answers page are still seen in the search engines. Can you help me with some tips in creating a page that will redirect the Answers Error page http://****.custhelp.com/app/error/error_id/1 to the Answers main page http://****.custhelp.com/app/answers/list 

I am not sure where this error page is define because I cannot find it with Cyberduck help.
