Hello!

I am fairly new to using RightNow, and am trying to work on organizing my company's knowledge base. We recently merged with another company and are working on brining their documentation into our knowledge base as answer articles.

Goal: We have two environments to keep info separate for customers . Answers relevant to environment 1 should only be searchable in environment 1. Answers relevant to environment 2 should only be searchable in environment 2.

Steps Taken: Products / Categories relevant to environment 1 are set as visible for administrator and end-user for environment 1 and not environment 2.  Products / Categories relevant to environment 2 are set as visible for administrator and end-user for environ 2 and not environment 1.
