Disabling Customer Organization?

Hi all!  I have searched the site for any info but was unable to locate any.

We have some client contracts that have ended.  I have the ability to "disable" contacts within the customer organization by dropdown for disable flag, but there is no visible option to disable the Organization tier.  Do not want to delete the organization, only disable to prevent incidents being opened to them and the contacts under it. I am guessing this is a configuration option for profile, but unsure how to do it.

Any way to do this?
