Site wide link checker... where is it?

In the Nov15 release webcast they announced a site-wide link checker for knowledge foundation users. Can someone point out where it's at? I've checked/searched the release notes, the help documentation, the Service Cloud knowledgebase and a Ouija board but nothing shows up. I can't find a control for it in the ribbon on the workspace either.

Just to clarify, I'm not referring to the link checker that's available for an individual answer but instead one that checks the entire knowledgebase.
