I'm hoping someone can help me with this question, because I wasn't able to find anything when I searched through the KB.

I know that you can enter additional keywords per answer to make an article easier to find, and I know that the search results can be affected by how the end user answers the "Was this answer helpful" rating. I also know that you can run reports on the search terms that people are using to get to articles.

But does anyone happen to know whether the frequency of a particular search resulting in a hit on a particular article can affect the search results both with or without providing feedback on the article?

Howdy, Stranger!
