Set a different mailbox specificaly for Answers.

Hi ,

I am stuck with a requirement, Please help.

There is a knowledge management team , who wants to send answers updated notifications to Agents who use Answers based on a custom field in answers , which is a Yes/No field.

I have options to use Business rule to send notification based on the custom field value in the answer. Which will trigger a message template. 

But I need to send the mail from a different mailbox , Not from the default mailbox because If the recepient of the answer updated email tries to reply to that email , we have to create an incident with knowledge teams mailbox.
