We are in the process of re-evaluating our KM process. I'd love to hear details on how others have implemented internal knowledge management.

What are the benefits in your organization of the option you are using? Why did you choose to integrate agents into the public interface or to use a separate agent only interface? What are the drawbacks of your choice?
