Best reports for baselining kb use

Hello all,

Not new to knowledge management, but new to RightNow. I've had a bit of a search and found the Analytics Cookbook, which looks like it will be useful down the track.

I wondered if you might have any tips for someone who's walked into an abandoned knowledge base. Best reports to run for baselining the existing use of the knowledge base, that sort of thing.
