Hi folks,

I want to know if there is any way to disable "auto alias", synonyms or semantic search?

For example, when I search on support for "test", it give me back answers with "testing".
https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/list/st/4/kw/test/page/1

In our environment, if I search for car I also get results from vehicle, even if I didn't create an alias entry.

Our client is asking to disable it for some words (like this car example). Does anybody know if it is possible?
