Smart Assistant fine tune parameters

Hello everyone,

I keep saying to the kb administrators in the countries that the BEST ANSWER function (in the incident workspace), AND the “USEFUL/NOT USEFUL” rate done on line by customers, highly contribute to the relevancy score made by the smartassistant to propose an answer to the customers and agents in the console. Why then none of  these 2 parameters are take into account into the weight calculation parameters below?

Is there another place where I can put a weight score on best answer and "useful ratings?
