Umbrella answers with private answers

I've been trying to create an umbrella answer making links with PRIVATE answers. But It seems that when an agent views this answer through the "Searchknowledge base" button, and click on "View" to visualize the umbrella answer, it doesn't work, because OSC tries to open an answer on the customer portal. Is there a way to fix that?

"Umbrella" anwers can also be very helpful internally for agents with private answers.
