Location of Guide on Answer

We are just beginning to use Guided Assistance, but notice that the guides seem to sit at the bottom of the answer (on the end user pages) by default.  Is there a way to move it up the page, and if so, how?

More specifically, we'd like to have the Guide at the top of the answer, then text below.   Because we are subject to FDA regulations, we also need to keep document control information in a consistent location.  We use the bottom left of the page, but at this pint the Guide sits below that information.
