Enabling Answer Access Control

I setup a number of knowledge articles to only display if the cp user is a member of this answer access control, and a couple of articles that used the answer access control to only display a section of the answer (e.g. paragraph 2) if you were a member of this answer access control.  But my users were either seeing everything or nothing. 

Once I located and set the Answer Access Control Key to Yes, and modified the visibility of the Answer Access Level everything started working great.

To fix:

Configuration settings editor> key= ANS_PRV_ENABLED   set value to YES
