Search Priority Words are Interface specific

I am configuring a environment with multiple interfaces and defined multiple Search Priority Words to help my users in their knowledge searches.  What I found was that some worked and some did not.  The ones that did not turned out to be linked to answers that only could be displayed in another interface – and led me to understand that Search Priority Words are interface dependent (but there is no place to define which interface this Search Priority Words are linked to.

 

Fix: It turns out that your Admin user has to login to each interface and define the Search Priority Words for each interface. Real simple to do, just need to remember to login to the specific interface you want to add your new(or update existing) Search Priority Words.
