Smart Assistant - Edit Question & Re-search Answers

We are using the Smart Assistant to try and deflect contacts, but have noticed that when using this if we click Edit Question, this let's the end user edit their question but then does not re-search through the answers to see if any now answer the question. The Submit button then just submits the incident!

Has anyone come up against this before? It'd be great to force the end user to see new answers after their edit!
