I would like to search in external content base using index and access levels for visibility control.

This content is within a corporate customer portal and we does NOT intend to migrate your external content into the Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) knowledge base.

Is there a way to meet these requirements out of the box, for example sending parameters or variables?
