Email notification from the new cloud portal does not contain necessary Information

Hi,

The email notification from the new cloud portal is very basic and does not contain necessary Information. Infact it's a degradation from earlier Oracle Support portal where at least the SR title was available.

Now, below is how the portal email reads. How someone can remember the SR details based on just the SR number (not even the title of the SR in the email), assuming you may have many SRs in progress with Oracle?
