Accepting SA Auto Tuner configuration

Hello!

I've enabled SA Auto Tuner and improvement has already been reported. Yay! I wondered, though, what happens after clicking Accept New Configuration? Does it apply the tuning suggestions straight away? I can see the graph only updates once a week, so I may just have to be patient in terms of seeing evidence.
