Write incident id to field in Custom Object via CPM

Hi there,

On behalf of my colleague Toby I'm posting the issue we're dealing with:
The case is: when an incident has been created, write the created incident ID to a Custom Object field.
The Custom Object is called Saleschats, so: CO\Saleschats. And the fieldname is: incident_id.
I attached code snippet to this incident and also a screenshot when an error occurs (please, take a look at the screenshot attached). There is an association of the Custom Object CO\Saleschats with the standard Incident object.

Any help would be appreciated,
