Agent desktop SSO error parsing SSO token

We're implementing dynamic agent desktop SSO between ADFS 3.0 and service cloud by 'signing in using an external identity provider on the oracle service cloud login window'. We've done everything according to the user guide when testing, we're getting error message 'Single Sign On has not been configured correctly. Please contact your system administrator." 

Currently we can see the authentication was successful and token was sent back to service cloud. However, there's an error in the desktop error log saying 'error parsing SSO token'. Unfortunately this is the only error message available without any further details.

Anyone had a similar experience and could shed some lights? Thanks.
