Hi all,

Can answers be assigned to team ownership, rather than individuals? We have a problem where staff leave and the notifications to that content owner pile up, which is unhelpful in a knowledge centred support workflow. It would also be nice if answer feedback incidents could go back to a team, rather than a single content owner.

Any tips? thanks!
