Please direct me where I can find custom field names for connect web services SOAP wsdl.  We are developing an API to update several custom fields.  I am not a developer, but our IT department is requesting this info so they can create the API.  I just gave the database field names, but I guess they need more.

For SOA to pass the data, SOAP WSDL needs to have the fields.  WSDL has something called custom fields\Generic, but to send custom fields DEV team need to know what value to pass for Object type\Type name, name of field, data type in the xml. Can anyone let me know where I can find the information to provide to our DEV team on this. We are unsure on whether we need to go with Custom\Generic fields by passing Object type\Type name, name of field and the data type OR if the database field names will be added in the WSDL for Incident

Howdy, Stranger!
