Conditionnal blocking of the sending of a scheduled report
Is there a way to block the sending of a scheduled report by email if one condition is not met ? For example, I have scheduled the weekly sending of a report for all agents when new answers are published into the knowledge base, during the last 7 days. But I would like to stop the sending if for example no answers have been created during these 7 days. Indeed, That would prevent agents to open an empty email for nothing.
