In short: what are the document management capabilities within CX?

If 100 Q&As point to a document, do I have to manually change link/relationship if the document has a revision or is there capability for me to actually update the document?

I'm thinking the only solution is to have a Q&A which houses the document. All Q&As would then point to this Q&A so there's only one place to update a document. Not ideal...
