I'm attempting to use the "Add Call URL" feature with in the guided assistance explorer. However, I'm attempting to use a link with in our internal network through sharepoint.

The links are not working with the "agent preview", they're only working with "web preview".

Is there any way to fix this or work around it so that the links work for our internal agents?
