How to set up the minimum number of recognized letters in the search results?

When I enter "Storica" in the search engine field of the customer portal, I get hundreds of answers returrned.

It's not a stopword, keyword, aliases, product or category issue. All these optimisation tools have been used, but all the answers are returned because the content of the question or the answer mention words containing the letters "st", also contained in "Storica" : apposto,questo,estensione,risposte, richiesta,nostro etc...

This is crazy

Is there a way to set up the minimum number of letters recognized by the search engine in order not to propose unrelevant FAQs, just because 1 or 2 letters are in common?
