Sorry - I didn't mean for this to be so long...

We have quite a few Users that have the ability to write/author articles and these Users are spread between a handfull of different Teams within our organization. Upon submission of the article it enters into an approval workflow which first needs to be approved by the User that wrote the article and then for approval by a Manager or Power-User (actually more complilcated, but for example sake this simplified explanation will suffice). The Managers/Power-Users are responsible for reviewing and approving only those articles written by a member of their own Department.
