Is there a way to remove the content header and footer when User paste the article?

Hi experts,

For KA, Users are able the search the knowledge on Agent Console and using the Add Text to paste the knowledge on the Incident message.

However, some unnecessary information on the content which we don't really want customers to see them.

For example, please see the attached picture, is there a way to set by default those RED information not pasted on the message when User do the Add Text?
