How to copy the existing relationships (sibling answers) when copying an answer?

Hello everyone, I have a lot of answers that must all be linked together. The problem is that today, when I copy one of these answers, i'm not proposed if I want to copy the existing relationshiphs. How can I add this option in pop up (see attachment) ?
