Shared answers across multiple interfaces

We have two interfaces for our two companies. We work for both companies and have our own policies, in which we have created answers to clearly explain them and apply to both companies. We have our agents working out of one agent interface for both companies. The agent interface is the main interface for one of our companies. I have noticed that answers entered in the agent interface do not appear visible within the other company's interface or Portal. Is there a way to allow answers entered on one interface to appear on the other interface (plus it's Portal)?
