    Oracle Guided Learning will continue to be available for all paying customers.

    To all customers and partners,

    As updated in the Cloud Service Description in October 2024 and communicated in December 2024 via email to the administrators of the current Oracle Guided Learning included Cloud Service accounts (i.e., free 15 OGL assets), we are planning to decommission this service on October 9, 2025.
    After this date, Oracle Guided Learning will continue to be available as a licensed (i.e., paid) service.

    Context

    The Oracle Guided Learning included with cloud service offering was provided to expose and introduce customers to In-Application Digital Adoption solutions and techniques.  The aim was to truly revolutionise the way traditional training, change management and ongoing release, policy and process communication was provided for customer implementations, go-lives, hypercare and ongoing utilization The offering was for our customers to utilize this service as a launchpad to
