Hi Team
We are Trying to Implement Based on the below Accelerator SRM to Service Cloud Integration

We have Two More Requirement to extend to add the Accelerator,How can we Achieve this using the above Accelerators
1)Is it possible to Pass Additional Parameters Incident Priority/ eMail Id etc
2) If Contact eMail is already available in Service Cloud ,Incident should create based on the Existing Contact
if Contact eMail is not exist in Service Cloud New Contact has to create and Incident should create based on the Contact
