Globally exclude/disable Answer from reports

Is there a setting to globally exclude a specific answer from reports? Kind of like in Staff Management where you can set a Staff Account to be "Disabled from Reports"? I've looked at all the controls/fields in the Answer Workspace but I'm not seeing anything like that.
