Guide Assistance - page jumps down

Hi,

I noticed this behaviour on one of our guides on the CP pages. The guide appears and looks fine, but when I click the buttons the whole page jumps down and the Guide question moves to the top of the page.

Is this configurable or stuck like this?

The below image sort of shows what I mean. When I clicked on "Yes" shown in the image on the left, the focus jumped down so I saw what is shown on the image on the right.
