Hover text in an a_id - is this possible?

Hi guys,

I have a requirement to have hover over text in a KB answer - by hover over I mean if you place your mouse on a word, further text is displayed to explain that word or phrase.

I've not seen this on any Oracle pages before, so am wondering if it's do-able? If it is, how is it best achieved.  

I know this can be achieved using CSS etc.
