I've searched the forum and didn't find a proper solution so maybe anyone can help.

Our customer want's to have certain values for answer access level only available in one of their two interfaces within agent desktop. When using workspace rules, problem 1 is that it is not possible to set a condition based on the interface the user is on. The more critical issue is that in the action "set menu field to exclude items" the answer access level field is greyed out. 

For Problem 1 we could also live with a solution where the condition is based on profile but this also doesn't help if we can't find a solution for problem 2.
