With the new feature released in 25A: Enhanced Rich Text Editor on Redwood Document Type and Document Records Pages

Can anyone confirm accepted file types for images and the size limit?

There's a note in the readiness material:

"Note: If you add an image in the Description field, it will take up the 4000 character limit specified for the field. Instead, you can use the Reference Info (document type attachments) field to add the image."

But if we want to add an image in the Description field (rather than Reference Info which is an attachment the user can preview/download), how do we know the limitations? I'm getting the error message:
