We are creating customized "search knowledge base" functionality in RightNow AgentDesktop application using addins.So we need to know search functionality of existing "Search knowledge Base" button.Please give me some suggestion for following ,

1.How to retrieve AccessLevels which is one of the filter parameter?

2.Which fields(Anwer Fields) are comes under search functionality?
3.how to retrieve search priority words which are assigned with answers?
