Screen shot issue in the incident response field

Hi Team,

When we paste the screenshot in the incident response field we are facing couple issues.

1. When we respond to customer , the screen shot is missing in the response.

2.Screen shot is also missing in the email response which comes from the tool.

Is there anybody who faced the similar issue and is there any solution/workaround for the same.
