Target Adoption Increase per Week/Month

Hello,

We have launched Oracle Knowledge within our organisation and I am looking to set targets for adoption. I've tried to search online for % improvement per week for new software and knowledge applications but haven't found anything.

Does anyone please have any experience with these deployments and know what a good target for adoption should be? Or perhaps has a good % to use for software deployments in general?
