Hello

The guided assistance functionality is actively used within my company. Is there a way to produce an extract in an easy to read format that shows the relevant question along with all of the options/routes that the agents could follow?

I do know that there is an export option that produces an XML file. Unfortunately this doesn't produce an output that is easy to read. If this isn't possible would someone be able to advise how best to create a report which will produce something of a similar nature?
