Auto set Status to 'Closed'
After I set status of the incident as Waiting or Solved, will this configuration setting MYQ_REOPEN_DEADLINE set incident status as 'Closed' automatically or incidents will stay in Solved for ever and MYQ_REOPEN_DEADLINE is to just prevent reopening an incident? Although from Waiting status, system will set status as Solved after CI_HOURS hours.
My aim is to set status to 'Closed' automatically which is of type 'Solved' after MYQ_REOPEN_DEADLINE hours. Can i do this?
