Limiting guided assistance permissions
We are at the point where we have multiple users within our company (and some are from different departments) who are managing their own knowledge base. With how much we rely on guides, we are looking for ways to reduce the risk by managing permissions (e.g. to prevent accidental deletion).
From what I see and according to this article, guided assistance permissions are managed by a single parameter on the profile level - 'Guided Assistance - Add / Edit'. We were hoping one of the following is possible: remove delete permissions (while still allowing to add/edit guides), or limit edit permissions on the folder level, like the Analytics section allows for reports.
